Can you still buy FC-Datalogit?
Just managed to buy another Apexi PFC but having sold my original datalogit box a couple of years ago I need to buy another. Their website is up and running but they have not replied to various emails I have sent (to check stock).
Anyone know if they are still supplied?

Scooby Regular
I contacted them for support of a Toyota Starlet Power FC which uses a MAF a fair while back, no reply to that either

Although you have already picked up the Apexi, it is worth doign a cost/benefit analysis against ESL management as it is alot more capable than the PFC and is similar in price to a secondhand Apexi, ie. 295GBP+VAT for the ECU and 75GBP+VAT for the cable dongle and software.

There is no benefit to me of the ESL over the Apexi as I want the car to be standard apart from the exhaust, so the MAF is staying, and it will be mapped on 95ron so even the dual map facility isn't required, unless separate boost profiles are needed and then the commander can adjust them just as easily. I also like the commander for monitoring purposes without having to have loads of gauges dotted about.
The ESL route for me will be just to learn how to map it really.
I got my ECU, commander and datalogit for £450 total too.

Fair enough, thats a good price for the Apexi stuff, around the same as a new ESL setup with software, cable and the VAT on top.
If you want to self map you can get ESL direct from me.
I'll leave this here for you:

Update:
Just received a reply email from Alice at FC-Datalogit NZ who says they can supply the box no problem. That's over a week since I sent the request but at least we know they are still there.
But in saying that, Andy has made a very good point for anyone who doesn't already have a PFC in that the ESL route is generally cheaper and possibly better.

No possibly about it Wayne, ESL knocks the PFC out of the park
From Nengun; PFC £685. AVCR to control boost £367.
ESL £295.
What you DON'T get for spending an extra £757:
Closed Loop Knock Control.
Twin Maps (full, not offsets).
Switchable Speed Density load (MAFless) with AIT compensations.
OEM idle cruise and hot/cold starting compensations.
Diagnostic test codes.
Brand New Windows software
Comprehensive online documentation.
New domestic product with excellent customer support
Furthermore:
ESL Cable Dongle and software: £75.
Datalogit cable and software £186.
And we haven't talked about forthcoming motorsport features yet.
