Default Q45 maf ?

Hi i think I've got a maf problem as the car surges when driving off boost and feels like its holding back on boost ?
I've cleaned the turbo solenoid and still feels the same.
The car is a 99/00 turbo 2000 and I know the mafs are weak when you fit an induction kit,
I've seen on the forum the people are putting Nissan Q45 mafs on them, does any one have the part number or info on one so I can get a new price. ( don't really want one from eBay) even at £45 !!
