just cut the block of 04 standerd impreza radio we spark 15 amp no.9 fuse blown replaced it car dead central locking dead rac man said theres an immoboliser inline fuse under the steering wheel thats what il of blown'????????????????????????????????whole car dead lights n all just dead

I'd be checking the permanent live and ignition live fuses, its possible that when you cut through all the wires at once the snips will have bridged all the wires and blown all your positive feeds, school boy error but I bet you've learnt for next time.

Also have a look round the battery area, I have a 53 blob and although I'm not fully familiar with the fuse locations there may be a main one near the battery or engine bay fuse box.
