Default battery - ecu

probably been asked before, i disconected my battery for a 10-20 mins so i could change steering wheel (airbag) but when i drive car it feels different?? like the map i had done might of gone. does the ecu have its own lithium back up? i hope so or its 280 time again.mab i have bad fuel again!

Nope no back up battery. But it wont have wiped the map. Are you using an ecutek map? Its probably defaulted to the low boost setting

hi turbotits like the name! its an alcatek ecu running 2 maps.

Cool so it probably defaults to the first map. Not sure a mapper would know for sure. How do you switch maps?

bob rawle mapped, its switchable via toggle switch forward- back, as is the anti lag.
