Hi all I am new to these forums and new to scoobies so please be easy on me and hello to all.

I have just bought a 1994 impreza turbo 2000 with the following little bits done. It has apexi induction kit,bailey dump valve,a stainless system (no cat) and a wrx turbo. Its meant to be chipped but i dont trust this so looking to do if possible the following.

As it has a turbo off the wrx model I was thinking of changing the injectors and ecu to the wrx items as my limited knowledge leads me to believe its pretty much the turbo,ecu and injectors that give the uk version less power.

What I need to know is am I right? if so what ecu and injectors will be a straight play and play swap for a 94 uk turbo 2000? I dont want to go down the chipping and mapping root if possible as I am only looking to get 240-250bhp out of her.

Any information would be greatly appreciated as I have trawled the internet and read so many different things that I am very confused. do all the turbo 2000s of different year come with different ecus?

So please somebody who has either done this or somebody who know about this please help me with this.
