Default Apexi reads 0.0V on lamba

My v4 type r has started idling funny, it's fine once warmed up but revs fall then go back to normal, I noticed that when the revs fall on the apexi controller the lamba reads 0.0 for that second an then idles fine then revs drop again. I've cleaned the icv an got a new lamba sensor and changed the throttle position sensor with another still runs the same, anyone have any idea why the lamba reads this?

Keep an eye on your coolant temp my sensor used to play up at a certain tempreture causing me to loose loads of power then once it warmed up passed 40 degree it was fine. might be worth changing if its ok when warmed up they aint much to huy.
