My dealings with Alcatek.
I bought a used Alcatek from a member on here a month or so ago, which was intended for my ongoing build. As I changed my plans very soon after (decided to go with newage AVCS heads) I found that I needed to send the ecu off to alcatek to be modified.
After a little searching around on the interweb, I started feeling a little apprehensive with what I was reading with regard to waiting times etc. but I was committed now and had to just go with it.
After driving JGM (even more) mad with messages and texts I sent the ecu off to alcatek for AVCS daughter board and for update, and began immediately biting my nails.
But, communication between myself and them has been good, I was told when the work was booked in for and when I could expect my ecu back, and this was adhered to to the day! It took a bit of getting used to only having communication via email, and no actual contact number but I guess that's just how they work.
So, I thought it only fair to share my positive experience so far with Alcatek.

If I went back I'd do it just how I have.
