Default Won't start after inlet manifold replace

I've just taken the inlet manifold off to re powder coat it on my 1997 type r import .
I've replaced all the gaskets , new samco breathers and the inlet pipe, also replaced the fuel lines to braided hoses for the planned fuel rail install .
All refitted , car cranks over with spark at plugs and fuel at pressure regulator but will not fire up ???
I've checked all sensors , knock, crank rotation , solonoid(boost) , MAF , I've done a ecu check and no faults ????
Any suggestions ?

Cheers
Chris

Possible immobiliser problem which I believe cuts the fuel pump. Can you hear the pump prime when you turn the ignition on?

Injector plugs on the correct injectors, or an injector plug on the cam sensor and vice versa?

I can here the pump prime and I have fuel at good pressure at the regulator .

It could be possible that the cam plug and the injector plug got mixed up as same plug size/type but would this not show as a ecu fault code ??

It might not show immediately, the ECU can monitor faults for a time and then flag them up later. Can you have a look at the wire colours on the plugs in question and let us know what they are? I can have a look through some wiring diagrams and see which is which.

Well as always that simple fix isn't that simple , the loom restricts where the plugs will reach so mixing up is almost impossible
As promised
The injector wires are red with a blue/green stripe and yellow with blue stripe
The cam sensor plug wires are solid white and solid orange/brown

Right I've pulled half the engine out again and I don't seem to have fuel at the pressure regulator , it's trying to fire up with quick start so spark is good , is there a cut off switch reset ????

Remove fuel line from fuel filter (the outlet not inlet) and when you prime the car, does fuel flow from here >?
