Default Just a newbie saying 'Hello"

I couldn't find a 'Hello, i'm new forum'

So this is me just saying hello, i'm new(!) Bought a Classic UK 2000 at the weekend, V Reg in Dark Blue, Standard except for an exhaust and has been remapped (apparently), still trying to work out a way to check without just getting it rolling roaded

This is going to be my project for the next year or so, hopefully getting it tuned up to some nice power, so I just wanted to apologise in advance for all the newbie questions I will more than likely be bugging people with (after searching the forums for answers first ofcourse).

Anyways, I will stop rambling, hopefully meet some people at the next meet-up or something...

Carl.

Hi Carl

Welcome to the big the biggest collection of great Subaru info and total rubbish you'll find on the net

Not much in the way of meets in Suffolk but we do have a monthly meet in Cambridge on the last Tuesday of the month if you're interested

Oh and one easy way to see if it has been mapped/modded is to see what boost it is running by getting a boost gauge.

Welcome to SNet!

One way to know if it has been mapped is that the previous owner should have the print outs.

Standard boost is 0.9 bar and with the PPP (which is what Chris has in the RB5) it will be 1.1 bar
