I am new to this forum and i need serious help about roll center migration and how important is the distance between roll center and the vehicle C.O.G.

Very important - don't lower a scoob too much or you will completely bugger up the relationship and it'll handle far worse than standard.

That's why there is a roll centre correction kit

There are benefits to be realised from lowering, and as long as it's done properly all should be well. Bump steer and roll centre being the biggest to keep in check

As for CoG and RC - the bigger the distance between the two the increased tendency there will be for more roll than in the un-lowered position the car was in before lowering

40mm of lowering was something I found reasonable on a new Age JDM
