which one is the best for a 2004 model?

Yes but you want the turbo to be the smallest for the power you want, you need to expand a bit on what model you have, also changing a turbo you need to consider injectors and everythin else

its a wrx, ive done intercooler dump valve stage two clutch and lightned flywheel, wanted the bigger turbo before I go for full stage two remap, in late oct..........

becareful of big power in a WRX anything near the 350bhp mark and your on the limits of your gearbox...

Your turbo choice will now depend on your future plans i guess. If you plan on putting a six speed box in then go for the GT turbo. If your not then stick with a vf turbo will will see you around the 330 ish mark
