Yes they are still available, but have been very hard to get hold of recently as Magnex have been so popular, they are now sorting out the back orders and should be readily available now.

Even though the SM pipe is 3" it will still fit the OE sections since the fixing holes on the flanges are to the same OE dimensions. Worked on my MY95 WRX when I upgraded to a full SM exhaust in stages
