Default rear crankshaft oil seal

hi to all, its been a while since ive been on here but i bought another wrx its a 2002 bugeye wrx wagon... it also belonged to someone on here as its wearing a club tax disc holder... now i seem to have oil leaking out the gearbox bell housing so im guessing its the rear crankshaft seal or the plate nearby that everyone mentions...
now does anyone know-

1-how easy it is to replace the seal?
2- how long will it take?
3- will i need a specific tool for the refitting of the seal?
4- is there anyone near me that has done it that can come and help me change it?

who used to own this car on here? black 2002 bugeye WRX wagon reg LB02 YAD

Gearbox out, flywheel off.
No special tool needed really, although I used a snap on hook tool/seal remover to do mine,
Half a day ish, depending on any problems encountered along the way.

Not 100% sure about the plate thing you mention though

Mine was pretty straightforward, the odd seized blot here and there, the main problem was the seal I got was incorrect, and no way of knowing for sure until you have got the box off, luckily I chose a weekday tondo the job, so managed to get the correct one
