i use silkolene pro s for engine so what would you say about gear and diff oil?
Stick with Millers CRX 75w 90nt (nano technology) good stuff and perfect for the job. If you're going on track or drag days I'd consider 75w 140 but it's not needed for road use.
Would these be suitable for jdm my05 as well as I think the diff us different to uk car, is the same oil suitable for diff and gearbox on these
Thanks
Did a bit of research on this and if you have dccd, then you need something like motul 90pa for the rear diff because it has friction modifiers in it or something which is needed for the ls rear diff, and motul gear 300 for your dccd box.
CRX 75w 90NT contains friction modifiers which are fine for the LSD. This oil can be used both in the gearbox AND rear diff, no need to be buying separate oils.
