UK Classic LSD upgrade - how?
Not thought of transmission upgrade before so coming into this completely cold.
My car is 97 UK spec with just over 300bhp & ftlbs
I am not worried about changing from my standard 5sp for a 6sp box, but I would like some sort of LSD so if I have to have an extra gear so be it.
I wouldn't want to loose top gear cruising though as I do a fair amount of motorway driving.
Any advice much appreciated

Didn't realise quite how tranmission was set up so get it now.
What I am asking abotu is really what is the best way to get my car to handle really slippery conditions. I have and use snow tires when suitable, but have still had some moments of wild wheel spin even on a gentle throttle.
I guess the transmission upgrade for mine is the 6 sp DCCD set up. Does this come with lsd at the front too?
( I reailse if I want a bullit proof everything-mobile I ought to get a Toyota Hi-Lux. Huh, anyone know of a Forrester with diff locks? )
Thanks for helping a dim one...
