Done-to-death but what oil do you use and recommend?
#1
It's that time of year and after a very helpful chat with Cheam Motors it's going in for an interim service next week.
They use Castrol GTX (and RS is also on the list) but I can also take my own if I wish. I used to use Silkolene in my MY94 but what do you recommend?
Also... if Silkolene is the best option, do you know of any suppliers in the Richmond/Kingston area of Surrey?
thanks,
Matt

Matt,
As this topic has been covered heaps, I can safely say that most of the techies on here recommend mainly the Castrol RS 10W/60, the Motul 300V 15W/50 or the Mobile 1 Motorsport 15W/50. The 0W oils are too thin.
Cheers,
Wrexy.
