Default Rebuilt Type R Box?

Anyone know where I can get a decent rebuilt box for V4 Type R?

Ideally I was looking to get my box rebuilt with a taller 5th Gear but I'm not having much luck finding someone to do the job.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That's handy Tidgy - I've dropped them an e-mail.

And it is just wear and tear - it's done well to last 86k I think. It's just making some weird noises so it's time to get it done before it gets worse.

Cheers

What do you mean?

I'm not looking for a high top speed, just looking for it to be better on the motorway instead of it screaming it's head off at 80mph.

Miles away mate - I'm in Aberdeen.

I can get the box out of the car and ship it if needed. Do you think he'd be keen and what would be the rough cost?

Cheers

Give Paul @ Zen Performance a ring. The man's a gearbox guru and will know, and be able to provide, exactly what you want.
