Just fitted Dawes,running to about 1.2 Bar, is this as far as I should go?.AFR is showing Blue on WOT

I run 1.27 bar. Fuel cut is at about 1.33 bar. 1.20 will undoubtedly run cooler. I tightened the actuator to run a bit more at the top. Also depends on gauge accuracy.

You need to judge the risk you want to take.

Dont drive it hard all that much, but nice to have a bit extra there when you feel like using it.
