How many hours labour to change Classic clutch?
How many hours should a competent garage take to change a clutch in a Classic Turbo 2000?
Also what is the best clutch to go for? I am running pretty standard apart from Full De-cat.. Are the EXEDY Organic clutches any good?
Thanks in advance!

When I had a the clutch changed in my old MY96 UK Turbo i made the mistake of getting it done by a garage who had never done an Impreza clutch before and it ended up taking them all day (although they did do it properly)
I would imagine a Subaru main dealer/specialist would take around half a day?

tbh i'd find a garage and get a fitted price, if the box hasn't been dropped for a while (aka since new) then they can be a swine to get off and take a day to do. if its dropped regularly then its an hours job on and off.

i need to do my clutch soon, slips sometimes and after a drive you can smell the clutch when you lift the bonnet.
was gonna do the crankshaft oil seal (rear) at the same time and fit a lightened flywheel,if your gonna mod might as well at clutch change time, kill 2 birds with 1 stone labour wise.
