Gearbox code 9R TY754VN5AA

Anyone replaced their classic uk box with this box out of an 04 uk wrx,i know driveshafts need to be changed,but other than that,has anyone had any problems

i think that box is a 3.9 diff ratio

It ought to go straight in [ you know about the driveshafts thing ] if you fit the early car front diff side seals, to match the early drive shafts.

Also check that there is a hole on the clutch housing for the speedo drive and that there is actually something in there to drive it.

Bar that, it'll go straight in.
