clutch pressure plate question

Matt,
The pressure plate is normally clearly marked with a 0, but some aftermarket manufacturers do not put the 0 on theirs.
If there is no mark, but a balance weight/tag spot welded to the cover - use that.
If there is no mark or weight,then fit it anywhere.

i did try the bearing and it felt alittle lumpy, so brought a new 1 from subaru 11 + vat, last question, spoke to my local subaru dealer about the pressure plate question and explained like i did to you and they said to fit it anyway. what would be the affects of lining the 0 mark on the flywheel with the mark on the pressure plate?
