Just spoke to a guy at Power Systems in Aberdeen. He recommends using "catalyst pellets" in your fuel tank. Apparently they come in a little wire mesh deal, which keep the together and last for the life of the car.
Costs about £90 ish, does similar job to octane booster ie@ brings even bog standard unleaded up to 100 ron.
This obviously improves performance and fuel economy, and apparently keeps the engine much cleaner

Anyone tried it? He says it's not a new idea, been around since WW2 (BMT).

There was a group buy last year of the Broquet as mentioned above but it's gone suspiciously quiet about it since then......

Some people were going to post their results but unless I missed it, they didn't....
