Dealers know ...

Hey,
Went to my dealer today to ask him if it was possible to change the torque split on my Euro spec scooby to 50/50.
Dealer thinks it's already running on 50/50. This ain't true, is it? I think it's running 60/40, but my question is: how can I change it, without to much costs? Anyone? (am hoping this will give a more neutral car and because the P1 also runs this setup so it's got to be of some use)
Anyways thanks, Crazy

How I wish search was on
There were some very long and involved threads on this a few months back and I honestly can't remember the "correct" answer.
Bumpsteer and geometry are probably simpler ways of adjusting your handling balance rather than adjusting the torque split. See Powerstation's website - I don't know of anyone else that does it.

I think the only way to change the torque split will be to change either the front or rear diff so that both have the same final drive ratio. I also can't work out which way round you'd have to do it to avoid cocking up the gear ratios.
