Default Is this a WRX gearbox

Subaru Impreza WRX Turbo Gearbox TY752VB3AA on eBay, also, Subaru, Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 08-May-08 15:41:31 BST)

They state it's an STI box but code relates to a WRX not an STI. Anyone any idea as to what it is??

dunno, but having read through some recent feedback andy, id be cautious. seems a few parts arent as high quality as they describe and communication with customers seems a problem too. i always make a fuss of checking through feedbacks when on ebay... this is a good reason why.

Yeah not really into buying such items off ebay. The box comes back as a standard wrx and not and STI.

I have been offered a dog box but being a tight yorkshire man don't want to spend to much cash.

as tight yorkshireman to another i recommend HDC just been to see them and he is going to build me from scratch an RA box with longer gearing for a very reasonable price fitted there is a core swap involved but im not complaining.

Howard comes recommended from several WYIOC guys I spoke to.

HDC SUBARU - parts .. breaking .. salvage .. consumables.. mail order

Spoke with Howard this morning and I may have a type R box, just need to change the final drive rather than the rear diff. Oh and bin the DCCD to save a few quid

Used him quite a lot for bits and pieces - good all round bloke.

Comes back a MY93 WRX box with viscous centre diff and open front, not worth £350 in my eyes
