Default My 98 Power Steering Reservoir-Top leak

Hi to all. After stripping/sealing previous lower o-ring failure on pump which stopped all leaks for sometime i now find the top of reservoir tank wet and leaking down onto timing belt covers.Top pipe feels dry to the touch yet all around is wet.Any ideas anyone Thanks

Top part of the reservoir can be removed by removing 4 mounting bolts(I think 4) and there is a rubber gasket which can be replaced .Mine the gasket got hardened and cracked and while removing the top part which required both hoses to be removed as well and found out both hoses got hardened due to heat.Ended up replacing the two hoses as well.Just my luck. After all those, now nil further leak observed.
