Hi

Don`t know if this question was already posted here.
Tried to search but the facility was not disposable.

Does anyone know what material are the cams sprockets made of?
( plastic or cast iron).

Thanks in advance.

To Ferreira

Cool

The cam drive wheels are a nylon/plastic construction on pretty much every quad cam ej20/ej22 engine I have seen. These are lighter weight and reduce valvetrain drag. Each sprocket only has to drive four valves.
