Hs anybody else had the same?

It only comes on when approaching the red line stays on for a few days then goes off again,any ideas?

Have had the same problem.

Do you know the code, I have heard there's an issue with the crank sensor and there may be a Subaru fix in the offing.

I have fixed mine by fitting Scoobysport decat exhaust - it's on all the time now

I have fitted the same but do have a gizzmo supplied by scoobysport to fix that side of it, booking in for 10 K service so hope to get it sorted then.

I'm getting the 02 gizmo fitted next week hopefully...will almost be sad to see the CEL go - how do you like your SS system, I love mine

If Gaz's is the same as mine it's only every now and then, i.e. 3 or 4 times in 6 months of ownership. Funnily enough for me usually full bore overtake on the same stretch of road.

There seems to be 2 problems with my car.
1) Approaching 6800 - 7000 full acceleration light will come on

2) Has come on when doing a steady 50 (scoobysport say this is the Lambda? sensor in the exhaust) fix will sort it.

Car is booked in for end of month 10K service but hope to pop in to get report on fault so that they have the right part when it's serviced.

The exhaust is great as are the rest of the mods which include
18" wheels
Leda B
Brembos
HID + Morrettes + Cibies
High Rear spoiler
Front sports grill
Front splitter
Tinted windows
ITG filter
All in Silver
Performance and looks are great and have only had it since the end of September so averaging 2250 miles per month.
