GFB Quickshift for MY07 STi.....
Has anyone here had a GFB Quickshift installed on their 6 speed MY07 STi?
If so how good is this piece of kit?
Is it worth doing?
Does it noticably reduce the throw and is it just the vetrical throw that is reduced not the horizontal?
Does it increase or decrease the quality of shift?
Thanks in advance for all responses!!

Throw in both directions is reduced and is adjustable. I've got one on an 03STi (same kit). I found it disconcerting at first as reduced throw means increased effort, not like you need to eat 3 shredded wheats but it does take a bit of getting used to. Mine works a lot better since I had an Exedy Hyper single plate clutch fitted which reduces drive train inertia and the syncros don't have to do as much work. My advice is to find someone who has one fitted and try before you buy. An acquired taste.
