Gearbox: vibration when changing gear
Hi,
Noticed something today while driving through town, shifted up into 3rd from 2nd and felt a vibration go through the gearstick as if the 3rd didn't quite engage properly, very unerving sensation that travelled up through the gearstick into my hand.
Not had any issues getting into gear before or after this symptom but noticed the gearbox is a bit notchy when cold and will not engage smoothly. Could this be a worn clutch issue or just normal for a car equipped with DCCD?
Car has only done 28k miles with original gearbox and clutch.
