Default Gearbox/Diff oil change

Hey guys, I recently bought a 96 Version 3 STI Type RA and it struggles to go into first gear at times so thought I'd change the oil to see if this makes a difference.

I've done some reading about which oils to use and Castrol Syntrax (driveline) seems to be the most popular. From what I've read on the forum it looks like I'll need 4 litres?

I just wanted to know if Castrol Syntrax is alright to use with a dccd gearbox and whether I need to change/drain the diff's aswell?

I'd appreciate any advice.
Cheers.
