as long as you get the front diff ratio matched with the rear then it won't be a problem most people sell box with the rear diff on the bay etc

If you post the gearbox number up it'll be easier to help you find the correct replacement box without changing your diff and keeping your existing gear ratios? What's wrong with your existing box out of interest?

no there's a banging noise that goes when you put the clutch in, it was starting to bang in all gears before it went in!

Yeah banging is def not a good sign! If you can try and find the gearbox number normally on the o/s of the box under the intercooler? should start TY752V? you can work out what type of box it is which will help when trying to find a replacement?
