Yes it will.. but you need to make sure you use the correct ratio diffs..
and the 6speed prop is needed.

Ditto, I thought the WRX's were 5 speed and STi's 6 speed?

Did one last week. Used a Jap 6 speed with 3.9 diff.

Had to mod the cross member under trans tunnel at gear linkage end.
Needed flattening, cut it with air chesel and flattened (can be done to look tidy and retain strenght).

Had to use a 6 speed propshaft. Depending on the rear diff flange, you may need to re drill the bolt holes to get them to mate up. Or fit later flange.

5 speed cradle fitted OK so does cluch slave cylinder.

Bell housing on 6 speed has more bolt holes, ignore them.

Starter motor flange needed a little bit of grinding to fit flat in starter pocket and bottom bolt hole was helicoiled and stud fitted to give fixing.

Speedo cable will fit.

Drive shafts fitted OK.

Electrics plugged in OK.

Exhaust might not clear the propshaft as the 6 speed is larger diameter.

Easy when you know what potential problems might need addressing along the way.

API, talk with David, have then on the shelf.

I fitted a 2003 spec 'c' with DCCD. It fitted straight into a Sti V2 RA.
