Angry Exedy Clutch Judder

Bought an Exedy lightened flywheel and uprated clutch in the recent Camskill GB (excellent service from them BTW).
Just got the car back having had it all fitted (by a Subaru specialist tech) and unfortunately it judders like crazy.
It has done over 200 miles and is not showing any signs of improvement...
Anybody had similar experience or able to suggest what could be wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Mines doing the same thing, but mines only done about 10 miles so far, hoping it will settle down. In the box from Exedy I had a bit off paper telling me it wouldnt be properly bedded in till around 500 miles so with a bit of luck it will get better. Mines the twin plate carbon Hyper D-core.

4 or 5 launch starts tends to cure the judder.

I had bad judder from an uprated exedy clutchassembly when fitted by a subaru main dealer.

Prefer AP Racing Organic now, similar price.

Got it from eBay from Flatoutrun. £1100 Delivered, took about a month to get here though, but Naz is a top bloke. Apparently Nengun in the US sell them for about £800, but not sure if it will get through customs without a big charge.
