Can we use a GD clutch kit into a GC8 ? what conversion parts would with require? i know the release bearing is the same but i think the clutch of the 6 speed is bigger than the GC8 series

I have a GD 5 speed clutch and flywheel on my version 5 RA gearbox. Works great. The 6 speed. I'm unsure of. I've heard of people using the 5 speed clutch on a 6 speed but for some reason i seem to remember either a mod required or just flat out doesn't work the other way around. Good luck.

isnt the gc n the gd 5 speed share the same size? only the 6 speed is bigger that why i am looking into upgradeing using the 6 speed clutch
