Default Clutch advice sought.

Right guys,I have a 99 Wagon Classic Turbo with 68,000 on the clock.Recently I have noticed that ( & friends have commented) the clutch seems to be spinning when accelerating.

My query is
A/ which clutch is best to replace it. I don't use the car on a daily basis but like to give it some beans when I do use it but also don't want it to be a handful when in traffic.

B/ How hard is it to change the clutch yourself? I would class myself as a fair spanner head & have changed clutchs before but never on something so complex ( this is slightly different from Fiestas etc).

C/Is it worth changing the Flywheel at the sametime?

Any advice welcome, many thanks in advance.
