Default Having a go at some fluid changes

I have the rest of the week off work so gonna have a go at changing the gearbox and diff oil on my sti 7, been reading the forum and it sounds like millers is the best oil for this, does any1 know of any highstreet retailers or anywhere a can get this off the shelf today, or any similar oil? im in south yorkshire area? (

Millers themselves are in Yorkshire Millers Oils - A World Leader In Lubrication Technology
If you have the 6-speed box don't forget you have two drain plugs, one under the front diff. and another under the gearbox itself for which you will need to remove the smaller of the two plastic covers.
