Default Gearbox code TY755VN1AA - what is it?

TY755? is that a Forester code?

Will it go straight into classic Impreza that has a 3.9 front diff?

What is the difference between this and a TY754VN1AA (apart from the 4 and the 5 )

All these questions lol!

TY755 is a Forester code. I have no info to hand about whether it will go into a UK Impreza.

Easiest thing to do, take out the front diff drain plug drain the oil turn upside down and tippex a tooth and rotate it and count them.

37 = 4.1
39 = 3.9
40 = 4.4

The drop will be Euro 1,1 : 1 as the VN letter code tells you that.

Good Luck ! David APi
