Have a listen to this recording of what piston slap sounds like, recorded by AJ Leslie from our bbs. When you click it, a rego form comes up, just click later. You don't have to register. Then you will hear it.

Det is very hard to explain in words. Although I know what it sounds like I can not describe it. It is a metallic continuos noise as you are accelerating. Sort of like putting a plastic pen to the blades of a fan while it is turning, but more metallic like.

Cheers,

Wrexy.

You should have asked me on Saturday! I`ve had plenty of both in the past (fortunatly not on the Scoob!) Anyway, you`ll never hear either over the noise of that BPM!! Any complaints yet?
