Default Jumping out of reverse

Hello,
has anyone had problems with their scoob jumping out of reverse with a bang whilst reversing? My Forester does it, and the faster or harder you reverse the more likely it is to happen. Gearbox oil level was fine, and the oil was clear on the dipstick, however the dealer changed the gearbox oil and said "it was black" . I queried this and they said, "well, it's not the colour it's supposed to be." Anyhow, it hasn't fixed it, so I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem. It's just under 4 years old, but I have extended warranty so hopefully it'll all be fixed for free. Clutch has been replaced a long time ago for the usual judder.
Cheers,
Toe.
