won't boost
does anyone have any ideas why my turbo will only make 0.7bar its been off the car for about a month and i have had a td4 fitted i turned the avcr off and it has just stood on my drive for about 1 month, fitted my 20g back on and turned the avcr back on expecting it to hit 1.5bar , but no its only making 0.7bar. the battery has died 4 times since it was sitting on my drive, can this affect the settings as its driving as though the avcr is off i have used both settings A and B and it only maxs at 0.7bar

Try pulling the air pipe off the wastegate actuator, drive it off boost until you get to a section of road you can use 5th gear. Foot to the floor from 2500 rpm and watch the boost rise, it should hit your 1.5 bar target before 3500rpm (at which point you lift off VERY quickly to avoid overboost !) If it does this then it is the control system at fault, if it still only makes 0.7 bar then either the wastegate arm has been bent in transit (when the box was thrown out the DHL van ) or you have an air leak somewhere.

Yea, speak to the bloke who maps it
If your two pipes to the turbo nipple/actuator have been mixed up then you will only get 0.7 bar boost. Swap them over and try it, takes 2 mins.

just looked at where the pipe from the actuator goes to, it follows to the ON part on the boost solenoid

If you mean the "NO" (Normally Open) port on the AVCR solenoid, then this should be connected to the pressure side of the turbo, NOT the actuator
Swap the pipes round and your boost will return
