Default STi4 2.5 help needed pls ;)

Hi guys,

I acquired an STi4 last week with the 2.5 conversion.

She's in for headers and a clutch at the moment, and was wondering if it would be wise to change the turbo while she's in bits; she currently has a VF22.

Running on a Link ecu if that helps, with uprated pump and reg and standard injectors as far as I am aware.

She's going to Prosport for mapping next week (as the existing map was done by a certain mapper that I've had nothing but cr ap experiences of) so would like to get her ready asap.

Thanks for your help

Simon

Hi,

VF22 doesn't get much respected on here these days, seems to be old hat. I have one sat in the garage. How ever the yanks still seem to rave about them and seeing as tho they have the 2.5STi as standard my be worth doind a search over on NASIOC. One thread i saw a while ago:

Few pages of VF22 and 2.5 opinions

Tony.

Sorry, only just seen the reply, only seven months late. Yes the car did have Leda's on, but they were totally shagged!
