Default which plugs out of these....?

Morning. Iv had a good search and it seems the types of plugs are very important in the scoobies.

Iv been looking on http://www.sparkplugs.co.uk and have got the choice of the following two:

NGK PFR6B Standard/Platinum spark plugs

or

BKR6EIX Iridium spark plugs

The car is a 1995 import WRX, sith basic breathing mods (for now). Which ones should I buy? or any other recommendations instead......???

Thanks

with a sparking gauge, a series of thin metal strips that you pass over the plug, you then CAREFULLY tap down the conatct until you can only just get your chosen gap through.
I think mine are gapped to 0.67mm because thats the nearest size I had in my collection.
