what is the flow rate for one of these, and what would you say would be a sensible power limit for one?

thanks

More than 130l/h at 300kPa(43,5psi) pressure but I don't believe it will supply enough for more than 320-330 BHP, just my opinion!

Talking about fuel pump, the bigger is always the better (as long as current drawn can be provided). Anyway from my experience, 400bhp sucks in the range 50L/H - 60L/H (WOT/Full boost). The available margin when compared to the STi8's 130L/H fuel pump seems to be enough for transient... but again, the bigger the better ;-)
