Default Tech Heads. Can you help?

I have a problem with my MYOO turbo/wrx. When accelerating the power pulses. When in first gear it pulses until it hits 3500 - 4000 rpm, after this the power is smooth. The pulsing continues to higher revs with each higher gear, i.e. when in third gear it pulses until it hits 4000 - 4500 rpm. CVC of Cardiff have had the car back and have said they can't find any problems. Can anyone offer any advice.

Thanks - Jay

My MY99 does the exact same, I notice it more when im accelerating smoothly the car pluses faintly up until around 4000k. Is this the MAF sensor failing? If not could it be a clogged boost solenoid?

Thanks

Chris
