Default Best Backbox??

Hello everyone, as above in people's opinion which aftermarket backbox for the new age Impreza is best. I don't want one thats too loud but want to hear that flat four burble and want good build quality aswell.

Cheers,

Jamie.

I don't know that much about this but I've just bought a Legacy and that has a hayward and scott and it's not too loud and the build quality is something else I can take a photo of it if you'd like?

Here are a few photos, not the best I'm afraid but without a ramp and proper light it wasn't easy Bear in mind that I haven't cleaned the exhaust and it's been on there a while

Cheers,

H&S's original design is superb. I have it on my MY99 and it's not too intrusive or loud when you're not using the loud pedal too much. However, when it's warm it produces the most wonderful 'burble' and 'woofle' noise and a lovely howl when you put your foot down.

Cool Newage Scoobyworld Ninja Back Box

Hi,

I have a Scoobyworld Ninja back box on my MY05 WRX and IMO its looks and
sounds the dogs b*llocks

It is not too noisy at all, gives off a lovley sound and can be heard when booting it, but is extremly quiet on the motorway

Here are a couple of shots of it

Another thumbs up for the Scoobyworld Ninja I have one on my MY03 STI and I think it sounds great whether just ticking over, at a "normal" driving speed or whilst squeezing the loud pedal a bit.

Have to agree with the Ninja, Sounds awesome when booting it, But also round town just gives a lovely burble that makes people glance at your car

Took a trip to Scoobyworld on saturday to buy a Ninja for my STi8.

It is awesome, wish I bought it when I first got my car a year ago.
