And i was wondering if i should change my spark plugs, if so what plugs would you recommend.

NGK PFR 7B's set to 0.7mm.

I've just bought some for £50, keep an eye on the price.

 

I have a lightly modded UK , Got my 7B,s from AS , PERFORMANCE , >> GOOD SERVICE,

 

Last lot from Alyn were 35 quid

Forgot to ask, is this the best plug gap or should they be set differently

 

Obviously something that you didnt?!

 

BKR7EIX is what STI sells as uprated spark plugs for the new age STI gapped at 0,6mm, I don't know if you can find them but theoritically they last longer and give better spark than platinum plugs (PFR).
I already bought two sets (4 plugs) in original STI pagkage for my lightly modded WRX04 to have them for future use.
