I've got a modded MY04 WRX wagon

Decat uppipe
Decat downpipe
Ninja backbox
STi panel filter
Uprated fuel pump
VF34 Turbo
Remap by Bob Rawle

And i was wondering if i should change my spark plugs, if so what plugs would you recommend.

NGK PFR 7B's set to 0.7mm.

Forgot to ask, is this the best plug gap or should they be set differently

BKR7EIX is what STI sells as uprated spark plugs for the new age STI gapped at 0,6mm, I don't know if you can find them but theoritically they last longer and give better spark than platinum plugs (PFR).
I already bought two sets (4 plugs) in original STI pagkage for my lightly modded WRX04 to have them for future use.
