Default Where can I get some hose to vent crank/cam breathers?

I recently found a large quantity of oil in my ic pipework when changing my gearbox oil, so would like to vent the crank/cam breathers into a tank but can't find any suitable clear hose, any ideas where I could get it from?

Jake.

B & Q warehouse Keep it in & all the Pipe fittings Etc
As here

I have since modified further though, by putting steel Braid sleeve over the pipes & venting to Atmosphere under the car
