TSL333 OR BRD FOR UK 03 STi PPP
Think I prefer to keep downpipe sportscat (not essential requirement though) - am told the Prodrive one is exceptionally freeflowing and then a sensible volume system + re-map
Not sure about induction kit - heard so many conflicting reports on MAF / fuelling
Also like a little of the silenced wastegate and DV character to be audible (is there such a thing as an engineer approved audible re-cyc valve?!)
How can the wastegate noise be a little more audible?
Looking for a reliable daily driver with good, safe, broad map and as near as I can get to 340 lb ft as is practical with an exhaust not much louder than PPP, but with more character from the exhaust, DV and WG
Advice please?

Take a test ride in the TSL333, you'll be impressed. I was!

Whilst it's fair to say that TSL deal with more than just performance mods, I think we should acknowledge that their mapping is done by Richard Bulmer, who has a SERIOUSLY good reputation and is Ex WRC, if memory serves.
Bob also has a sensational reputation on here. I'm guessing you'd be happy wither way! Maybe you should give them both a phone! ;-)
Best.

I think the 333 kit is really designed for people who need to change their whole exhaust and get a re-map. You don't, as you already have a downpipe etc you appear to be happy with. Therefore a "simple" re-map would be the most sensible answer for you economically (be it from BRD or TSL or anywhere else). If you want a bit more noise, put a noisier backbox on, but don't expect significant power gains over the PPP backbox.
Induction kit would make the existing dump valve audible, but personally I'm not so fond of the sucking noises in gentle "around town" type use.
