hi, i have a decat blitz nur spec r exhaust on my 03 sti ppp. it sounded awesome when i first fitted it but i think i am used to it now! are there any mods i can do to make it a bit louder again?? cheers

 

Add a magnex decat downpipe. Absolutly amazing! I have the same blitz system as you and fitted the decat yesterday. All I can say is, wow! This is on a my98 sti4 and I believe that you're model requires some sort of 'ecu fix' to run a decat. Thinks its only a sensor fix or something. I'm sure somebody will confirm this.

 

i have a h & s de-cat downpipe on it already, it's 2.5". magnex better?

 

If you want LOUD. Then replace your 2.5" downpipe with a full 3" one.

Then fit HKS tubular headers and a stainless uppipe.

THAT is LOUD.

 

or change your exhaust to a bpm twister think they are louder than the blitz

maybe the blitz has made you go deaf

 

Try a louder exhaust, like 5Zigen.

Get one custom made. Ive got one and when i had it done, they asked how loud i want it. Went for really loud, all i can say is, went to the doctors the other day for a ear check up. and im now 40% deaf in both ears.

Only jokin about the deaf bit, anyway.

You do find that you get used to the exhaust, but i bet your neighbours think its loud.
