Default Engine cutting out when turning right

as title really. if im driving fast(any gear) and turn right, as i straighten up, the car seems to hesitate, revs drop right off and after a few seconds, all is well again. any ideas?
94 wrx running GEMS, uprated fuel pump and reg.
GEMS fitted a week ago but problem was there before using apexi avcr and safc.

If this only happens when you have a low fuel level (under a quarter), then i'd say it was fuel surge (ie the fuel pick up in the tank is momentarily running dry).
Is this the case? or does it do it at all fuel levels?

If you've got an uprated pump there may be an issue with the 'pick-up' or 'sock' on the end of it. Have a search on 22B and here. Pumps in question were Walbro.
